The Internet Gold Mine

The new gold rush is really less of a rush these days as it is scientific extraction of the gold on the Internet.  In the glory days of the gold rush, people would leave the East coast, travel across the country in wagons and try to stake their claim to riches.  In those days, much like when the Internet first came on the scene, gold was easily panned out of streams or just picked up as nuggets in gold mines they dug.

However, over the next hundred or so years, the easy gold was gone, and gold mining today is all about extraction of minute amounts of gold, tiny specks in many cases, but extracting enough of those specks to make a profit.  It’s much more scientific, some would say harder, but it’s still making people rich if they have the tools and knowledge to do it right.

Today’s goldmine is the Internet.  The great news is that you don’t have to pick up and move across the country with your wagon.  You don’t even have to walk out your door.  All you need is a computer and Web access, as you’ve found the gold mine.  The only reason that everyone isn’t taking advantage is that they can’t see past the “easy” gold already having been mined.  They haven’t been made aware of the many new tools, techniques and processes available to eke out those specks of gold from the Web.

Sure, it’s now more difficult than bending over and picking up nuggets, and it’s requiring more sophisticated tools than a pan and a spot on the stream.  But, that’s great news for you, as you’re here reading this because you understand there’s still gold in the Web mine.  You’re here to see how you can stake your claim and leach out your share of the wealth.  Another really great thing about the Web is that those tiny specks of profit are much more easily extracted at a far lower cost than today’s gold mines require.  Enough of the goldmine analogy, let’s talk real-world profits on the Web.

Today’s Internet marketer is in an amazing position, as there are a great many ways in which to profit on the Web, and many carry no up-front cost, others are very inexpensive to put into play, and still others require some investment but bring huge returns.  If you want to make money on the Web, there is absolutely NO reason why you can’t, and no reason why you can’t make it happen quickly, sometimes in days, often in just a few weeks.  What I’ve been doing over the past few years is learning and developing some of my own strategies, but also connecting with other successful marketers, learning from them, sometimes partnering, but always developing profitable marketing tools and resources.
